In this role, you will oversee all branch operations, including managing the team, telesales, order and stock management, and logistics. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality agricultural and ground care machinery and services to clients in Ashford and surrounding areas. Additionally, you will manage people, ensure compliance with warranty legislation, and uphold the company's excellent reputation.

An experienced manager or leader with dealership experience who wants to lead a team to success and improve branch performance will be a good fit for this position.
