Position Overview:

They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fire and Security Service Manager to join their team to work out of their office in SalisburyThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional fire and security services, managing a team of skilled technicians, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Delivery:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the fire and security service division.

Ensure timely and efficient delivery of installation, maintenance, and repair services.

Monitor and optimise service processes to enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Team Management:

Lead and motivate a team of service technicians, providing guidance and support.

Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and development plans for team members.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Client Relationship Management:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.

Act as the main point of contact for escalated service issues, ensuring prompt resolution.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or additional services.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and codes.

Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to uphold service standards.

Conduct regular audits to assess and improve service delivery quality.

Budget and Resource Management:

Develop and manage the service department budget, ensuring financial targets are met.

Optimise resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency.

Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience in a managerial role within the fire and security industry.

In-depth knowledge of fire and security systems, regulations, and best practices.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Familiarity with budgeting and financial management.

Relevant certifications in fire and security services are a plus.

Package

40,000 - 50,000 DOE

20 days holiday + bank holidays rising for 1 day every year of service up to 25 days.

Company car or car allowance and mobile phone.
