Service Manager (Fire Protection Industry) Role and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the department
- Provide support to both Service Engineers and customers
- Offer technical assistance as required
- Stay informed on current fire industry regulations
- Assist with job allocation, staff rotas, and recruitment processes
- Lead investigations into customer complaints
- Ensure tasks are completed within designated timeframes
- Address and resolve service-related issues
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations at all times
Service Manager (Fire Protection Industry) Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience within the Fire industry is required
- In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and service delivery standards
- Full UK driving licence (or equivalent)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proven experience and ability to motivate and manage teams
