Job Title: Band 6 Dietitian

We are seeking a passionate Band 6 Dietitian with a specialisation to join the Dietetics team based at the hospital. This is an exciting opportunity for a dietitian with specialised expertise to make a meaningful impact on patient care through personalised dietary support and interventions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Assessments & Planning: Provide specialised dietetic assessments and create individualised nutrition plans for patients.
  • Clinical Expertise: Utilise your specialist knowledge to address complex dietary needs, supporting patients in achieving their nutritional goals.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

  • HCPC registration and Degree/Diploma in Dietetics
  • Experience in a specialist area of dietetics with strong clinical skills.
