Our clients rely on us for top-quality IT solutions, and your leadership will be key to ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Leading the IT engineering team with a positive, proactive approach.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Overseeing hardware deployments, support, and ongoing maintenance.
- Managing cloud migrations, including Office 365 and SharePoint.
- Working with networking technologies such as VLAN, QoS, VPN, DNS (Sophos experience preferred).
- Supporting Mitel phone systems, including Hosted Cloud, Cisco, and Broadworks.
- Handling pricing, contract negotiations, and supplier relationships.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven leadership skills: You will inspire, motivate, and guide a talented technical team.
- Technical expertise: Experience with OS, virtualisation, cloud environments, networking, and telephony systems.
- Exceptional communication: You will regularly engage with clients and team members.
- Customer-focused mindset: We want someone who genuinely cares about delivering the best possible experience.
- Self-motivation: The ability to manage your own workload and step up when challenges arise.
- Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role, ideally within an MSP or busy IT environment.
- Qualifications: A degree in Computer Science or relevant experience.
- Full UK driving licence: Travel to client sites will be part of the role.
Why Join Us?
- Varied and Exciting Work: No two days are the same, with diverse projects and client environments.
- Supportive Team Culture: Join a team that values collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
- Development Opportunities: We value growth and encourage continuous learning.
- Great Benefits: Including bereavement leave, company events, pension, on-site parking, and a referral programme.
If you are someone who embraces challenges, has a positive mindset, and is ready to take your tech career to the next level, we would love to hear from you
