HR Advisor – Join Our Supportive, Dynamic Team in Salisbury

Join our supportive team at our Salisbury office as an HR Advisor and provide top-tier HR advice and guidance to our diverse range of clients across various sectors. You’ll be instrumental in delivering practical, legally compliant HR solutions and ensuring a positive experience for all.

The role: As an HR Advisor, you will:

  • Provide clear, accurate HR advice to clients over the phone and via email, ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies
  • Respond to client queries promptly and professionally
  • Accurately record all case notes on our case management system
  • Manage and update the ‘Breathe HR’ system, ensuring it’s aligned with service agreements
  • Assist with HR administration, including the preparation of employment documents such as contracts, offer letters, handbooks, and policies
  • Identify new opportunities to deliver additional services to clients, enhancing their HR experience
  • Stay up to date with employment law developments and attend relevant seminars and events
  • Play a vital role in our team, offering ongoing support to clients and colleagues alike
