Commercial Property Lawyer Responsibilities:

  • Manage an interesting and varied caseload of general Commercial Property transactional work
  • Work closely with other senior Solicitors to drive departmental growth
  • Provide expert advice to clients on commercial property matters
  • Handle a diverse range of commercial property transactions

Commercial Property Lawyer Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor or legal executive with experience in Commercial Property law
  • Confidence in written and verbal communications
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience in managing own caseload of clients
  • Proficiency with case management systems
  • Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
