The firm is seeking a skilled Conveyancer with experience in both Commercial and Residential Property work. This position is ideal for someone with a proven track record of managing varied caseloads in property law, specifically in the areas of commercial freehold and leasehold properties, landlord and tenant matters, and development property transactions. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of post-qualification experience and be capable of working independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a full caseload of Commercial and Residential Property matters.
  • Handling the sale and purchase of commercial freehold and leasehold properties.
  • Working on landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations and disputes.
  • Assisting with property development, including land promotion, options, and conditional contracts.
  • Acting for lenders and pension schemes in property transactions.
  • Offering tailored legal advice and managing client expectations with precision.
