A well-established business is looking for a Business Manager to ensure that all departments are supported in accordance with necessary legislation and the organisation’s policies and procedures. You will be responsible for managing sensitive information, deputising for the Senior Managers at meetings, and overseeing support services.

Along with a competitive salary, you will also receive 30 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, and flexible hybrid working. This is an approximately 8 month contract. 

As Business Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:.

  • Managing information requests and complaints.
  • Overseeing the value for money of service level agreements including IT, Internet, broadband, and telephony support services, leading on developments and upgrades.
  • Overseeing procurement of office equipment and supplies.
  • Providing administrative and organisational support for senior leadership.
  • Administering and supporting the delivery of events, coordinating the services of various teams.
  • Line managing the business services team.
  • Managing the organisation’s administration, including IT and office management services.
  • Managing diaries and providing necessary support to senior leadership.

What we’re looking for in a Business Support Manager

You’ll need a proven experience in a business support or administrative role within a similar environment and well as in managing meetings and ensuring compliance with legislation and organisational policies. Team leadership skills and a professional and confident approach to working relationships .A willingness and ability to learn new systems, processes, and regulations and be able to deliver a high standard of customer service delivery.
