We are seeking an Office Manager to join a dynamic team within a well-established organisation. This role involves managing both office operations and financial tasks, ensuring the smooth running of the business. 

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Oversee general improvement plans such as bathroom and kitchen upgrades.
  • Liaise with external agencies like Fire/Alarm/Council and manage updates for certificates.
  • Ensure the tidiness and cleanliness of the office.
  • Maintain the staff holiday register.
  • Manage website maintenance and updates, including trade show participation and new contracts.
  • Handle social media updates on platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook, and work on growing the follower base.
  • Assist in managing the production schedule and maintaining meeting minutes for management meetings.
  • Manage trade show booth design and registration, with occasional attendance required.
  • Assist in stock management and packing products for dispatch.
  • Support directors in booking travel and managing subsistence.
  • Manage bookkeeping for the UK business, including the use of QuickBooks or similar software.
  • Handle quarterly VAT submissions and end-of-year submissions to the accountant.
  • Produce and manage the payment of invoices.
  • Chase debtors and maintain financial records.
