Job Title: Leisure Centre Duty ManagerLocation: Salisburypay rate: £16, an hour (inclusive of holiday pay) We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Swimming Pool and Fitness Centre at a fantastic site in Salisbury.  You will ensure the facilities are maintained to a high standard and ready for both school and community use. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the pool and fitness centre, including daily operations, staffing, and equipment.
  • Ensure health & safety standards, including compliance with HSG179 and PWTAG guidelines.
  • Line manage pool staff, create rotas, and oversee staff training.
  • Maintain pool records, manage pool chemicals, and oversee routine maintenance.
Requirements:
  • NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification)
  • Pool Plant Operator’s License and First Aid at Work
  • Strong leadership and health & safety knowledge
  • Experience managing teams and working with children (desirable)
