- £28,000 basic salary - NEGOTIABLE

Store Manager - is this you?
- Experience as an assistant/deputy restaurant/cafe/coffee shop/cafe bakery/catering manager in busy customer facing operations.
- A passion for high quality food and drink.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- A hands-on approach, keen eye for detail and strong desire to succeed.
- The ability to supervise a team and train new starters.
- Some financial knowledge - cost/budget/stock/labour/wastage control
Store Manager - main duties
- Manage all day to day operations.
- Train and develop your team.
- Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front.
- Maintain high standards of customer service & compliance.
- Help to drive sales to achieve budgets, targets and your bonus.
