Store Manager - is this you?

  • Experience as an assistant/deputy restaurant/cafe/coffee shop/cafe bakery/catering manager in busy customer facing operations.
  • A passion for high quality food and drink.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • A hands-on approach, keen eye for detail and strong desire to succeed.
  • The ability to supervise a team and train new starters.
  • Some financial knowledge - cost/budget/stock/labour/wastage control

Store Manager - main duties

  • Manage all day to day operations.
  • Train and develop your team.
  • Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service & compliance.
  • Help to drive sales to achieve budgets, targets and your bonus.
