Are you an experienced Surveyor working in the construction sector looking to make a mark with a respected industry leader? We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Surveyor to join this team that works with both residential and commercial clients in Salisbury, Bath and Winchester.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience. This is a Monday to Friday role working full time hours and a company vehicle is included as part of the package.

Key Responsibilities of the Surveyor will include:

  • Conduct detailed site surveys for projects, ensuring precise measurements and assessments.
  • Provide clients with expert technical advice and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with installation teams and project managers to guarantee smooth project execution.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation following site visits.
  • Ensure all projects comply with building regulations and company quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional service at every step.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in construction, shopfitting, glazing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of building regulations and site safety practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and precision in measurements.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both with clients and internal teams.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Full UK driving licence (company vehicle provided).
