Position: Fabric Maintenance Engineer
Location: Mobile (Salisbury + Surrounding areas)
Salary: 34,000 per annum
Holidays: 21 days + 8 bank holidays

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Fabric Maintenance Engineer in facilities management.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Versatility in performing various maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, and general building fabric repairs.
