My client is a leading provider of property maintenance services, specialising in managing and maintaining commercial properties. Theypride themselveson delivering high-quality, efficient, and reliable services to their clients. They are now looking for a proactive, skilled, and versatile Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team and contribute to the upkeep of our commercial properties. Having an Electrical or Carpentry bias would be ideal.
Key Responsibilities of the Multi-Skilled Engineer:
- Conduct planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems, lighting, and power circuits within commercial properties - IF BIAS IS ELECTRICAL
- Perform carpentry tasks
- Undertake general building maintenance, including plumbing, basic tiling, and painting where required
- Inspect and diagnose faults, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and industry regulations
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and any materials used
- Liaise with building managers, contractors, and clients, providing excellent customer service at all times
- Support the overall maintenance and improvement of commercial property facilities
The ideal Multi-Skilled Engineer will possess:
- Qualification within their trade
- Clean driving license
- Experience working within commercial properties
