My client is looking for a Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team at this stylish and coveted tourism destination in the south of Cornwall.

Are you passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences? We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join a dynamic kitchen team, a premier destination known for its exquisite cuisine and welcoming hospitality.

Hours: 44 hours per week over 4 days

Key responsibilities include:

- Comprehensive working knowledge of food safety policies and be able to work to them at all times

- Full working knowledge of all areas of the kitchen, ensuring company standards are followed

- Being responsible for the preparation and service of all foods to the greed company specifications

- To be able to take control of ordering, and issuing of store items, ensuring stock is stored correctly, and stock rotation is completed to the highest level.

- Carrying out reasonable instructions as asked by a senior staff member

- Clear and strong communication with the team

- Minimising any waste and food management

- Supervisor of kitchen staff and helping other members of the team to develop their skills
