Site Manager - We are looking for an experienced Site Manager based in the Saltburn-by-the-Sea and surrounding areas, to oversee a final phase of 25 new units on a caravan park.

About the role:
聽
You'll be managing the day-to-day operations on the site, ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget. Ensuring that all work meets the required standards and specifications and implementing health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. This is a controlled site with no public access.

Requirements:
路Previous experience managing projects, with roads and ground works mainly being carried out.
路Understands CDM's, RAMS and Took Box Talk.
路Experience with plant machinery desirable.
路Able to start immediately.

Offer:
路45 hours per week
路Monday - Friday
路拢27 per hour
路Immediate Start until September 2025 聽
