An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading renewable technology and energy consultancy company. This organisation specialises in identifying and delivering energy and sustainability solutions across the public sector.

Role Overview:

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing on-site activities, ensuring health and safety compliance, and driving the successful delivery of projects. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate sub-contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing site operations to ensure projects are delivered on time and to high standards.
• Ensuring all health and safety requirements are met, promoting a culture of safety on-site.
• Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and enforcing company policies.
• Monitoring progress and reporting to senior management.
• Managing site logistics and ensuring all required documentation is up to date.
• Working closely with the wider project team to ensure successful project completion.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction or energy sectors.
• Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and health & safety compliance.
• Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
