Great opportunity to work as a Supply Chain Administrator for our client, a pastry and desserts manufacturer for their own stores and external customers throughout the country.

Staffline is recruiting an Supply Chain Administrator in Crewe.

The rate of pay for this role is £12.34 per hour.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday and the hours of work are:
- Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm
- Friday 8.30am to 4pm

Your Time at Work
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for:

- Responsible for the input of 'frozen' sales orders accurately, ensuring that they are reflected in the sales ledger.
- Respond to customer queries and ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- If required, assist with the rollout of the ordering 'App', encouraging customers to use it to place their orders and provide support and assistance until they are competent users.
- Liaise with Sales Ledger team to resolve any discrepancies and ensuring customer accounts are accurate.
- Ensuring all paperwork, such as customer orders are correctly filed away and can be made available quickly, for review.

Our Perfect Worker
Our ideal Administrator will have:

- IT Skills - Excel, Word & Outlook
- Experience of using TROPOS, is desirable, but not essential
- Communicate effectively

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
