As the main point of contact, you’ll build strong relationships, manage client projects, and identify opportunities to expand businessthrough upselling and cross-selling. Key responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Manage client accounts, ensuring they receive requested products/services on time
- Identify opportunities for growth - upselling, cross-selling & new business
- Communicate client needs to internal teams and Directors to drive successful outcomes
- Track account performance and key metrics
- Oversee client projects, balancing client goals with company objectives
Skills and experience required:
- B2B account management experience in Energy/Utilities - Brokerage or Consultancy
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
- Commercial mindset, skilled at identifying opportunities for growth
- Confident in presenting ideas and results to stakeholders at all levels
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
- Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
