Our client, an energy consultancy is looking for an Account Manager to join their team and drive client retention and growth. As the main point of contact, you’ll build strong relationships, manage client projects, and identify opportunities to expand businessthrough upselling and cross-selling. Key responsibilities:

  • Be the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring they receive requested products/services on time
  • Identify opportunities for growth - upselling, cross-selling & new business
  • Communicate client needs to internal teams and Directors to drive successful outcomes
  • Track account performance and key metrics
  • Oversee client projects, balancing client goals with company objectives

Skills and experience required:

  • B2B account management experience in Energy/Utilities - Brokerage or Consultancy
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Commercial mindset, skilled at identifying opportunities for growth
  • Confident in presenting ideas and results to stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
  • Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
