As Office Administrator, you will support the accounting and payroll staff at the busy firm of Accountants, enabling them to be more efficient.
- Answering and transferring phone calls
- Typing and sending out letters to new and existing clients
- Chasing outstanding paperwork
- Processing and scanning incoming documents
- Chasing/ reminding clients of outstanding payments
- Managing the Anti-Money-Laundering checks
- Office stationery and services
This position is full-time, working in the Sandwich office. After probation, it may be possible to work one day a week from home.
You will need previous administration experience, preferably in a professional service environment. Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office and administrative procedures is essential.
