About the Role:

As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth management of clinical supplies, supporting the Clinical Supply Operations team with tasks such as receipt, packaging, labelling, warehousing, stock management, distribution, and logistics. Your contributions will help ensure the efficient delivery of critical clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage global mailbox correspondence and maintain accurate filing and archiving.
  • Handle document management (physical and electronic) within a GMP environment.
  • Perform data entry in GMP inventory/distribution systems and non-GMP systems such as SharePoint.
  • Monitor material stock, track usage and quantities, and manage supply printing and quality control.
  • Prepare supplies for shipping, raise shipments, and track them through delivery.
  • Generate reports and documents from multiple systems and manage protocol-specific e-document folders.
  • Support internal packaging operations including packaging and labelling of supplies.

About You:

  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail while working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with electronic documents and data management systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to form effective working relationships.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Office tools, Adobe PDF, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a regulated or GMP environment.
  • Familiarity with IT systems for material management or manufacturing operations.
