- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Director, including managing appointments and addressing client queries via phone and in person.
- Oversee filing, photocopying, and the opening/closing of client files.
- Maintain and manage the Director’s diary, ensuring efficient scheduling and follow-ups.
- Review client files in compliance with regulatory requirements, coordinating with fee earners on necessary actions.
- Perform a variety of general administrative tasks to support the team’s needs.
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or in an administrative support role within a law firm.
- Demonstrable experience working with Personal Injury or Medical Negligence teams.
- Medical secretaries will be considered.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, with excellent time management abilities.
- Salary range: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum.
- Location: Sandwich, Kent (fully office-based).
- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.
