Production Team Leader - Food Environment

New Appointments Group are working alongside food manufacturer who is looking for a Production Team Leader. You will: lead, motivate and develop your team to ensure planned output requirements and quality standards are met whilst ensuring H&S guidelines are followed.

You will: review and manage individual performance, achieve set production KPIs, complete shift documentation and ensure compliance against BRC, ISO and site quality standards.

We are looking for people with solid experience in production, from a food manufacturing environment.

Monday to Friday - day shifts only
