Our client, a reputable company in the local area, is seeking a Service Desk Administrator to join them on an ongoing temporary basis. This exciting opportunity is perfect for an organised and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and would love to join a diverse and dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mobile Fleet Administration: Overseeing mobile fleet activities, including SIM activations.
  • Call Logging System: Managing hardware tickets and dispatch processes.
  • Digital Enquiries: Handling general digital inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Stock Forecasting: Planning and maintaining stock requirements to ensure smooth operations.
  • Chargeback Management: Processing chargebacks related to dispatch activities.

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled administrator who is ready to hit the ground running. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential. You will also need to be highly proficient in Excel have strong computer literacy skills.

Due to the location of this role, owntransport is essential.

Start Date:

This role is expected to commence from 10th of March onwards, ensuring a thorough handover of responsibilities from the Procurement team by the 31st of March.
