What You Will Do:

• Lead a team of 40 across Sheet Metal department, Powder Coating line, and CNC routers & component assembly.
• Ensure the manufacture of components and sub-assemblies meets the production schedule efficiently.
• Maintain a high standard of quality while utilizing production resources effectively.
• Drive lean improvements by continually reviewing the production process.
• Manage Health and Safety within the department.
• Collaborate closely with other functions to achieve the delivery schedule.

What You Will Bring:

• A minimum of 5 years managerial experience within a sheet metal environment.
• Experience with modern automated and semi-automated equipment.
• Knowledge of Powder Coating, CNC routers, and assemblies (desirable).
• Strong understanding of lean methodologies and process improvement.
• Proficiency in MRP systems and Microsoft Office with excellent administration skills.
