Senior Optical Engineer/Manager


Take ownership of emerging technology that is breaking new ground in the aerospace and defence industry. This role involves leading a small team and driving innovation in optical fibre and laser technology throughout the entire product development lifecycle.


You and your team will contribute to the research, design, development, and manufacture of laser system prototypes, collaborating with external partners and multidisciplinary internal teams of scientists and engineers in the UK and abroad.
