Role Overview

The consultancy is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team. This position plays a critical role in supporting the consultant team by sourcing roles from current and pre-existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Focus on account management and nurturing existing client relationships to fulfill recruitment needs.
  • Collaborate with the consultant team to ensure a smooth handover of roles for candidate sourcing.
  • Work with various clients, including plumbing, construction, and lighting manufacturers, to recruit sales roles targeting merchants, builders, and architects.
