Brook Street is excited to present an amazing opportunity to join our client as a Temporary Data Processing Support within their dynamic Sustainability Team!

The Role:
We are seeking a Temporary Worker to provide essential data processing support. Working closely with a small team, you will play a crucial role in managing, analysing, and reporting data to help meet government targets and reduce environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate, input, and verify diverse datasets in appropriate formats.
  • Monitor and ensure data accuracy from multiple sources.
  • Resolve data-related issues and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports to web portals and the Sustainability Manager.
  • Perform unit conversions confidently (e.g., miles to kilometres, kilograms to tons).
  • Assist with the transition from Excel-based reports to PowerBI.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 1-2 years in data handling, with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data uploads to portals.
  • Skills: Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and confidence working with varied data formats.
  • Interest: A genuine enthusiasm for sustainability, climate change, and minimizing environmental impact.
  • Desirable: Exposure to PowerBI or a willingness to learn.

Schedule: This role requires 50% on-site attendance (3 days per week) with flexible start times - Hybrid (On-site 3 days per week, flexible hours: 9 AM - 5 PM or 8 AM - 4 PM)

Duration: 6-month assignment

Pay rate: 12.74 for the first 12 working weeks, then is going up to 14.58/hr

Scheduled End Date: 16/05/2025 - extension possibility based on client budget and performance
