  • Covering two busy and profitable offices you will also cover surrounding villages as the Assistant Sales Manager / Valuer where you will have the opportunity to progress to Branch Sales Manager therefore this is a fabulous opportunity not to be missed and is offered with massive growth opportunity for both increased earnings and promotion in a short space of time.
  • You will only work 1 in 2 Saturdays from 9.00am to 1.00pm.

  • Grow volume of new sales business and income production to the branch.
  • Appraisal and instruction of residential sales properties.
  • Identify other potential business opportunities and ensure referral to the appropriate division.
  • Accountable quality of customer care.
  • Meet and exceed targets.
  • Register, qualify and manage applicants.
  • Arrange and conduct viewing appointments.
  • To work in accordance with all legal obligations without exception.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of available properties.
  • To implement effective canvassing and marketing strategies.
  • Develop the core business in the branch.
  • Assist with the management of the team.
