We are seeking a Financial Controller for a prestigious brand located in East Suffolk.
The role involves overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to drive business growth.
Candidates must be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
The position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management.
The salary for this full-time, site-based role is competitive and commensurate with experience.

We are currently recruiting for a Financial Controller to join a prestigious brand based in East Suffolk. You will play a key role in overseeing and managing the company’s financial operations, ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of all financial processes. You will be a crucial part in providing financial insights and strategies that drive the growth and success of the business.Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation and presentation of the annual budgets
Manage the monthly financial reporting, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Develop financial forecasts and reforecasting, identifying any key variances.
Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger activities.
Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure successful audit outcomes.
Implement and maintain effective financial controls and procedures.

Key Skills:

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and other teams.
