Are you a Contracts Manager or similar with experience in the Construction Industry looking for a varied and autonomous role within a company who value their employees, offering long term progression and independence over your working life?
This company, established in 2018 have since seen excellent growth and now have 30 employees, with a turnover over a million pounds. They provide a variety of Construction solutions to the Residential and Commercial sectors, with projects ranging from smaller works including Extensions, Solar and EV Charging to larger scale works such as Commercial Fit-Outs and Renovations. Due to an increase in workload, they are looking to add a Contracts Manager to their tight knit team.
This varied role you will have the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis, as well as in the office and visiting sites around the North East. You will meet with new and existing customers, building client relationships, you will quote for work, accurately estimating for project costs, manage the contract lifecycle from initial stages through to competition, as well as liaising with site engineers and directors throughout the process.
This role would suit a Contracts Manager or similar with experience in the Construction industry looking to join a growing company where you will be valued and have autonomy over your working life.
The Role:
- Conduct site visits around the North East.
- Meet with new and existing customers, building client relationships.
- Accurately quoting for project costs.
- Managing the project lifecycle.
- Monday - Friday role with flexible hours.
The Person:
- Contracts Manager or similar.
- Experience in the Construction industry.
- Commutable to Scarborough.
