WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites in Edinburgh. After completion of training.

As a Senior Customer Adviser, you'll be handing complex enquiries.

You'll need experience of speaking to customers and have a compassion and a desire to do the right thing for them.

We put the customer at the heart of everything we do and will provide great training to enable you to resolve calls by taking responsibility and providing first touch resolution whenever possible.

At Scottish Widows we provide critical services to millions of Lloyds Banking Group's Life, Pensions, Investments and General Insurance customers. This vacancy is based in either our Health Claims or Protection support team where you'll primarily focus on dealing with customer queries by telephone or completing a number of core admin tasks.

You'll learn to act with skill and diligence - treating customers sensitively and caring about helping them move forward with their futures.

You'll possess good attention to detail and grow the confidence to spot and call out areas we can improve our customers' journeys and experiences

You'll enjoy collaborating closely with colleagues, adding to a caring environment where all colleagues feel encouraged and valued.

As a Customer Advisor you'll need experience of speaking to customers and have a compassion and a desire to do the right thing for them. The calls generally consist of payments, day to day banking, mandates, online and complex queries.
