Are you an Accounts Senior or Client Manager with experience within an Accountancy Practice looking for their next step in your career? Our client is a growing Accountancy Practice who are focused on a great culture within the office, bringing the team together with staff nights out and team building days. Charity days and community engagement. They have invested in new technology over the last few months and have more plans to improve in other areas.

For the right Client Manager they will offer a number of enhanced benefits that include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with an additional 5 days unpaid if required. What the Client Manager job involves

  • Managing your own portfolio of Clients from across the region
  • Delegating and assigning work to junior team members.
  • Reviewing accounts prepared by other members of the team.
  • Working with companies, partnerships, and sole traders.
  • To manage and develop junior accounts staff.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients regarding any queries on their accounts.
  • To support clients with all aspects of accounting and tax in a cost effective and timely manner.
  • Develop relationships with external business contacts to maintain grow your professional network.

Skills required

  • ACA / ACCA qualified / qualified by experience
  • Previous experience within an Accountancy practice.
  • Knowledge of Xero, Quickbooks, Sage or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Other information

  • This is a full time position working 36.25 hours a week
  • Hybrid working available after probation
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays, plus an additional 5 unpaid days off if required
