We are seeking a reliable and hardworking labourer to join our team on a short-term contract for a new build housing project in Scarborough. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a vibrant development and gain valuable experience in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting tradespeople with various tasks, including loading and unloading materials, cleaning up work areas, and general site maintenance.
- Providing support to skilled workers with tasks such as digging, shuttering, and concreting.
- Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Working as part of a team and following instructions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working on a construction site as a labourer is preferred.
- Valid CSCS card.
- A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
- A commitment to safety and following instructions.
