Site manager

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee civil engineering works on housing developments. You will manage on-site operations, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily site activities for civil works on housing projects.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Supervise subcontractors and site workers.
• Coordinate with the main contractor, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and report on site performance.
• Oversee material deliveries, equipment, and documentation.
• Ensure project quality, timelines, and budget adherence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in civil engineering, ideally on housing sites.
• SMSTS, CSCS, and relevant civil engineering/construction qualifications.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and project management tools.

Desirable:

• Experience with subcontractors in civil engineering.
• First Aid certification.
