Your Role as a SEND Teaching Assistant:
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, ensuring they have access to learning across the curriculum.
- Assist students with a range of SEND needs, including SEMH, ASD, PMLD, and more.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where children can grow in confidence and achieve their potential.
- Work closely with teachers and other professionals to implement tailored strategies that support each child's development.
What We're Looking For:
We welcome applicants with experience in either mainstream schools or SEN settings who:
- Have classroom-based experience supporting children with additional needs.
- Understand the challenges faced by learners with SEND and can adapt their approach accordingly.
