An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 RMN CMHT to join a dedicated team in Scarborough. The successful candidate will take on the role of a Care Coordinator, working within a ward-based setting, providing high-quality mental health support.

• Hours: Full-time, 24-hour shift pattern
• Work Setup: On-site, ward-based role

• RMN, Social Worker, or OT with Mental Health experience
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
