Sonic Summary

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to provide care in Scarborough, focusing on individuals with Autism and Learning Difficulties.
The role requires a minimum of 12 months experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker and offers flexible working hours.
Key responsibilities include daily living support, companionship, and helping clients achieve their personal goals.
The position comes with competitive pay rates, a £150 sign-up bonus, and a £280 referral bonus.

We are looking for an experienced Support Worker to work multiple services in and around the Scarborough locality. The services promote the independence, inclusion and well-being of people with care and support needs, such as, Autism andLearning Difficulties.This role is agency and is fully flexible allowing you to work around any commitments, promoting a healthy work life balance.The Role:

Provide daily living support.
Provide companionship and emotional support, helping clients feel valued and understood.
Follow care & support plans, make contributions to changes.
Support Clients to identify and achieve personal goals and aspirations.

The Person:

12 months minimum experience working as a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker
Excellent Communication Skills
Driver preferred but not essential.
