The ideal candidate will have a passion for hardware, specifically in telematics, networking, video, and CCTV, with strong analytical and communication skills.



Key Responsibilities:

Technical Product Management:
  • Understand hardware and software products deeply.
  • Identify new product opportunities and stay current with technology trends.



Testing, Evaluation, and Product Management:
  • Test and troubleshoot CCTV systems, DVRs, IP cameras, routers, and VMS software.
  • Support AI development projects using edge computing hardware like NVIDIA Jetson.



Technical Support and Communication:
  • Manage helpdesk tickets from start to finish.
  • Provide technical support via phone and email.



Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Passion for hardware, especially in electronics or tech. Experience with CCTV or networking is beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong ability to engage in technical conversations and work independently.



Knowledge and Skills:

Networking (20%): IP, DNS, FTTP, VPN, 4G/5G, Wi-Fi, IoT.
Hardware (40%): IP Cameras, Analogue Cameras, DVRs, Routers, GPS trackers, compliance with certifications, edge processing.
Software (40%): VMS, Cloud server deployments, Video streaming tools and codecs.
