Why choose our Client?

Our clients range from 3 to 5 star hotels and resorts, with full-on leisure facilities, huge banqueting or, in most, intimate fine dining. You could be working from a place that offers the latest in golf or a huge leisure complex or a small hotel.

Brigades range from 3-50 but you'd be well equipped & be trained to the highest levels & so all aspects of experience will be considered. The season usually starts at the end of beginning of March & can run on until the end of October

What's involved?
Dependant on your experience, you could be expected to work in any or all sections of a kitchen. Fine dining, pastry, & banqueting to name a few are areas that will need chefs to help run, learn or help train chefs. You could be responsible to senior chefs & have all the necessary training & development to make sure you are well looked after in a safe working environment. Roles from Commis chef to Head chef will be available this year.
