Your new roleOversee the daily operations of a Diagnostic Centre in Scunthorpe and Grimsby.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Manage maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs and upgrades.Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures.Lead and mentor a team of facilities staff.Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards.
