We are seeking a skilled CNC Turner to join our client's team in Scunthorpe.
CNC Turner Benefits:
- Rates start at 17.75 to 19 per hour DOE with a chance to move up the pay scale
- Hours: Monday to Thursday 7am to 15.30pm & Friday 6am to 12.30pm
- Location: Scunthorpe, DN17
- Contract: Full Time, Permanent
CNC Turner Responsibilities:
- As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating machinery to fabricate and modify metal parts according to specifications.
- The ideal candidate will be used to manually controlled, vertical and horizontal boring machines.
- Time served preferably, and must be conversant with all aspects of machining on Vertical and Horizontal boring machines
- Able to work unsupervised and on your own and be able to work to engineering drawings and to fine engineering tolerances.
CNC Turner Criteria:
- Knowledge of CNC Milling and Lathe operations conversant in Heidenhain, Hurco and Fanuc control
- Time served experience preferably
- Ability to work unsupervised and on their own
- Work to engineering drawings and fine engineering tolerances
- Be conversant with working to Metric and Imperial measurements
