Our client OSI Food Solutions are seeking a Night Hygiene Team Leader to join their team on an ongoing, temporary to permanent basis.

Hours of Work;
Monday to Friday: 11pm - 7am
Rate of Pay;
14.02ph + 10% Shift Allowance (15.42ph)
Job Purpose;
To ensure a high standard of services is provided to the company and its clients. Whilst carrying out your duties you must ensure the best and safest use of any materials, equipment, tools and protective clothing. Additionally, you must at all times work to the prescribed cleaning technique to aid Food Safety at your place of work.
Duties Include;
* The correct application of Hygiene cleaning duties to ensure a benefit to the customer and to ensure that food safe practices are maintained at all times
* To observe all Hygiene rules and regulations and follow those at all times, to assist the management team in all matters relating to the delivery of service to the customer
* Daily reports and checks on equipment. Materials and machines used during your hours of work: to maintain all documentation required throughout the shift
* To dispense your duties under the Health and Safety at Work Act and the Food Safety Act 1990
* To ensure your team's personal hygiene and tidiness, wearing company uniform, at all times that they are on company or client premises and following strictly site hygiene rules.
* To ensure your team's compliance with wearing of the appropriate PPE.
* Participate in and report on your responsibilities under the health and safety at Work Act
* Assist in any other tasks within your capabilities as may be required to fulfil or enhance services to our customer
* To ensure that all cleaning tasks performed are visually checked off firstly by your operatives and then by yourself prior to your leaving your area of work, report any non-conformance.
* Ensure operatives are trained to the required level
* Complete ATP and TVC swabbing in line with the environmental programme and have preventative measures in place for any non-conformance
* To make sure that all Company Policies and Procedures are followed and applied consistently across the area of accountability.
* Assist new colleagues to integrate into the role and the business.
