The Role:As Head of Marketing, you will:
- Shape and execute a data-driven marketing strategy to drive growth.
- Lead and inspire an in-house team, delivering standout campaigns across digital channels.
- Manage paid media (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads), email marketing (Klaviyo), and Shopify performance to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Analyse performance using tools like Google Analytics, refining strategies for maximum impact.
About You:We're looking for a strategic, creative leader with:
- 5+ years' experience in ecommerce marketing and scaling online brands.
- Expertise in Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and paid media platforms.
- Proven success managing teams and delivering high-impact campaigns.
- A passion for social media, luxury/ retail branding, and data-driven decision-making.
