40 hours per week over 4/4.5 days per week

Compass Associates are proud to collaborate with one of the UK's largest supermarket chains' pharmacy stores, seeking a Pharmacy Manager to join their dynamic team on a full-time, permanent basis.

They are looking for someone with excellent management, leadership and communication skills. You will also need to have post-qualification experience within a pharmacy environment.

The role:

- Lead a high performing team that delivers exceptional standards of customer service and care

- Provide support to the pharmacy team

- Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy

- Drive business growth and achieve KPIs

- Understanding and respond appropriately to customer needs and queries

- Build relationships with GPs and appropriate healthcare professionals in the area

Requirements:

- Registered with the GPhC

- MPharm, BPharm or equivalent

- Post qualification experience in a pharmacy environment

- Great management, leadership and communication skills

Interview process:

1st Stage: Virtual interview with Pharmacy Area Manager and People Manager

2nd Stage: Informal store walkaround
