Conveyancing Assistant

We are seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join our well-established Residential Conveyancing team in Scunthorpe. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a highly regarded firm known for its exceptional client service and strong local reputation.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting busy fee-earners across all stages of residential property transactions. Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or in a secretarial role within a legal setting is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality client service with professionalism and efficiency
  • Managing communication via phone, email and face-to-face interactions
  • Handling the case management system in accordance with firm procedures
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings
  • Attending meetings and taking accurate minutes when required
  • Managing general administrative tasks, including photocopying, printing and processing mail
  • Ensuring deadlines are met within required timeframes
  • Responding promptly to client and colleague enquiries
