On behalf of our client we are seeking a dedicated Yard Worker/Operative to join our team.
The role involves loading and unloading of vehicles with plastic pipe and pallets, plus ensuring the yard is well-kept and visually appealing. Working alongside the logistics coordinators, drivers, stock controller and workshop team in carrying out allocated tasks covering both the yard and workshop areas.
Duties -
o To support the customer supply requirements of the business.
o Liaise with colleagues on workload requirements on a daily basis.
o Act as contact for loading and off-loading of all deliveries.
o Daily picking and packing and despatch of product.
o Provide support for the storage of product.
o Assist with loading and offloading of vehicles.
o Assist with movement and storage of all product on site.
Skills -
- MUST HAVE - Telehandler Experience
- FLT Experience
- Moving large size goods
- Strong attention to detail
- Organised
- Ability to work as a team member
Training will be given how to operate our Merlo.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 拢12.60 - 13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week, 8.30am - 5pm, 30 mins unpaid lunch and 2 x 15 min paid breaks.
